wild rift surrender

You will not always have great and fun games when playing Wild Rift and may not always win. Sometimes, you are outplayed and might consider wild rift boost, and other times, when one or more players are AFK. In such times, instead of wasting time playing to destroy the enemy nexus, you better move on to the next game. That's when the Wild Rift How to Surrender feature assists you in finishing your game.

The main issue is that not many players know where to find the button to do it or how to start a surrender vote. Let us help you with that.

How to Start a Surrender Vote in Wild Rift?

You must meet certain conditions before starting a surrender vote for all riot games, whether on your PC or mobile. But before we go into that or discuss what is a remake vote, let's discuss how to do it quickly:

  1. Tap the settings button, which is shown as a gear icon. This icon is easily found next to the mini map.
  2. The surrender button is located at the bottom of this menu.
  3. Once you tap on it, the surrender voting will start.
  4. The game will end if all the teammates agree to surrender.

The Surrender Feature - Some Limitations

wild rift surrender limitations

The following are the main limitations or conditions for the surrender feature:

You can not immediately start the surrender voting process, as a certain amount of time must pass before you can do so.

  • You have to wait a full 5 minutes before you can click on that button. Only in the remake vote can you do it after 3 minutes if someone is AFK.
  • For the game to end, a vote count must be cast. Remember that you cannot leave the League of Legends game before that; otherwise, there will be some consequences.
  • If you are coming from the PC League game, you might think a 3-2 vote can finish the game, but unlike in the PC version, in the mobile version of League: Wild Rift, you need at least four votes to do it.

No matter the situation, if the other teammates have either passed the voting or you didn't get a unanimous vote to surrender and you want to continue playing, you don't need to throw the game. Instead, play the game normally to have a good experience. It isn't the entire team who made the mistake of someone leaving.

What is a Remake in Wild Rift, and How is it Different From Surrender?

If a teammate isn't leaving the fountain and is AFK for at least 3 minutes straight, you can easily Remake the match. Remake's conditions aren't as strict, as you only need 30% of the votes from those still playing. so 2 players when you are playing 4v5 or 1 player if it is 3v5.

There is, however, one exception. If the AFK teammate goes AFK, and the enemy team gets the first blood, you must continue playing until you can surrender regularly.

If you play the game during those 3 minutes, all players on the surrendering team will not receive a defeat, but you will not progress any milestones or add a point to your LP. The AFK teammate will get a loss and a 1-minute wait timer for the next game they play.
